POOF! Just like that Capilano Foodie Fest is Back! Mark your calendars! Capilano Mall’s Foodie Fest is back for its fourth and tastiest year ever.

This free to attend kid-friendly outdoor event — happening June 15 and 16 from 11 AM to 4 PM both days (rain or shine) in our west parking lot (935 Marine Drive) — will showcase fabulous foodie delights and experiences.  In addition to must-try food truck fare, new ingredients for this scrumptious food festival include a food meets technology activity and an artisanal food market featuring local merchants!

THE FLAVOUR LAB

Step into a world where food and technology converge at The Flavour Lab. The experience begins with an awe-inspiring entrance through a cool, flavored nitrogen mist, setting the stage for an adventure where science meets taste. Witness the magic of science as Bhavana Rao and her team of food scientists freeze a variety of delicious toppings right before your eyes, using liquid nitrogen's chilling capabilities. These instantly frozen garnishes will then be served on scoops of creamy ice cream, combining the thrill of science with the joy of dessert.

Be sure to stop by the Good Eats Market to bring home some artisanal goodies! Hailing from across BC, these vendors include:
